Based on the partial t-test, it is known that the sig value of the variable (X1) is 0.000 <0.05, which means that the Career Level variable (X1) partially (alone) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y), then the variable (X2) with a sig value of 0.210> 0.05, which means that the Financial Compensation variable (X2) partially (alone) has no effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y), then the variable (X3) with a sig value of 0.033 <0.05, which means that the Employee Motivation variable (X3) partially (alone) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). Then based on the simultaneous F-test, it is known that the value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the variable X1 (Career Level), variable X2 (Financial Compensation) and variable X3 (Employee Motivation) simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the variable Y (Employee Performance).
Nur FajriZuriati

After further research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 10 employees as respondents, Based on the results of the t-test (partial test) the sig value of variable X was obtained, namely 0.002 <0.05, so in this case it means that the variable has a significant influence on variable Y (Work productivity). Thus the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
Sri HartatiMuhammad Firmansyah
