The Journal of Management Science and Business Review is published by the Sulthan Muhammad Sajid Education Foundation (YPSMS) and is professionally managed to make it easier for academics, researchers and practitioners to publish their research results. The Sulthan Muhammad Sajid Education Foundation (YPSMS) is an organization that was founded on October 15, 2019 with the deed of establishment number: 55 issued by a notary official in West Aceh, namely Azhar Ibrahim, S.H. and has obtained foundation legal entity approval number: AHU-0015533.AH.01.04. 2019. The Sulthan Muhammad Sajid Educational Foundation (YPSMS) has aims and objectives in the social, religious and humanitarian fields and one of its activities in the social field includes research in the field of science.

The Journal of Management Science and Business Review publishes articles regularly 4 times a year, namely in March, June, September and December.
